You acknowledge that UCP-Connect is currently in a BETA state. The Service may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system or other failures and data loss. We do not guarantee that the Service will function without interruption or errors.
You agree that we have no liability for any data loss, corruption of data, or failure of the Service to perform its intended function during this Beta period. You are using the Service at your own risk.
3. Description of Service
UCP-Connect provides a protocol and API layer intended to make WooCommerce store data structured and discoverable by AI agents. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results from AI agents.
Not Affiliated with United Cerebral Palsy: UCP-Connect is an independent software project utilizing the acronym "UCP" for "Universal Commerce Protocol". We have no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from United Cerebral Palsy.
4. Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service:
- •In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- •To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
- •To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will UCP-Connect, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages.
